Minnie Pearl (Pearl) Ray was the daughter of Robert Cicero (Bob) Ray & Darcus Elizabeth (Lizzie) Thompson. She married Robert Franklin Hammit (son of John Hammit & Eldora Hogan) 16 Nov 1916 in Stephenville, Erath Co., TX and they had one daughter, Glendora. She then married Thomas Mitchell (son of Ivan Mitchell & Martha Russell) 24 December 1921 in Blytheville, Mississippi Co., AR.
