Thursday of last week, their condition became so serious it was deemed best to take them to a hospital. An ambulance came over from LaGrange and the two little boys ere taken to the hospital there for treatment. Everything possible was done for them; but despite this the oldest boy, Wilbur, died early Friday night. The remains were brought to Weimar and said to rest in the Odd Fellows' Cemetery Sunday afternoon, Rev. Paul Piepenbrok, Lutheran minister, officiating. Wilbur's age at time of death was 5 years, 1 month and 10 days. The other little fellow was brought home, accompanied by a trained nurse from the LaGrange hospital, Miss Hilda Wolle, and is said to be getting along very nicely.
