''''''''''''''''''' The Columbus Daily Telegram , December 30, 1925, p. 5, col. 4 Death of Mrs. Hubert Alt – Mrs. Hubert Alt, 10 miles southwest of Columbus, died at a local hospital last night following an illness of two months. She had been in the hospital for the past week. She leaves her husband; her mother, Mrs. Frank Janicek; two brothers, John and Frank Janicek, of Shelby, and two sisters, Mrs. Gus Ziopper, of Silver Creek, and Mrs. William Bruckner, of Shelby. Funeral services will be held at St. Bonaventure's church at 10 a.m. Thursday, with Rev. Father Charles officiating. Burial will made in the parish cemetery. Augusta Carrie Janicek was born in Polk, Jan. 27, 1899. She was married Hubert Alt May 25, 1920 and since then has made her home on the farm southwest of Columbus.
