'''''''''''''''''''''' Eagle Rock Sentinel (Los Angeles, Calif.), April 7, 1966, p. 2, col. 4 Requiem mass celebrated for Lucy Zipper, 79 Requiem mass for Lucy C. Zipper, 79, who died March 29, was celebrated Saturday, April 2, in St. Dominics Catholic Church. Rosary was recited Friday evening in the chapel of the Utter-McKinley Eagle Rock Mortuary. Interment was in San Fernando Mission Cemetery. Born in Shelby, Neb., Mrs. Zipper lived at 5431 Dahlia Dr., Eagle Rock, and had been a resident of the area 24 years. Surviving are her daughters, Verleen Schiltz and Lillian Foy; sons, Alfred and Roy; grandson, Eugene Zipper; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
