Bio

She was born to John Lark Calwell and Josephine Tackett. She married at age 18 to 45 yr old James Alexander McLeod Sr. They had Maudie McLeod, John Henry McLeod, James McLeod Jr. and Katie Belle McLeod. She was also the Step Mother of James's son Colquitt (Mac). Her husband proceeded her in death in 1945. She lived the rest of her life enjoying her children and grandchildren, fishing, crocheting and dipping her snuff.
