Bio

Walked across the road to School, Kindergarten and 1st grade Schaupps Siding, 2nd thru 8th, lived in the basement at St. Francis School, rode the train home for weekends. Road a Horse to Ashton High School, and to Kearney, later bought a black Model "T" while earning a two year teaching certificate from Kearney Normal School. Son of Walter & Tekla (Kaminski) Lewandowski. Married to Elizabeth Kuszak on 4-10-1937 in Omaha, NE. Went dancing at Sokol Hall afterward.
