Kathy Kay (Tobola) Lozano, 69, of Penelope, passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in a Waco hospital. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 5 at Wade Funeral Home in Hubbard with burial to follow in Penelope Cemetery. Kathy was born October 18, 1955 in West to Ernest J. "Toby" and Marie (Zahirniak) Tobola. She was raised in West, was a graduate of West High School and worked for many years in the medical field including at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Kathy was preceded in death by parents, Toby and Marie Tobola; a son, Jason Janek and four siblings, Harry Lee Tobola, Betty Jean (Tobola) Chudej, Patsy (Tobola) Jones and Toby Tobola, Jr.
