Edward G. Taylor, age 85, of Ulysses, NE died Saturday, January 4, 2024 in David City, NE. He was born on July 21, 1939 to Max and Dorothy (Garhart) Taylor in O'Neill, NE. He was united in marriage to his beloved wife Margaret Houck on June 21, 1965 in York, NE. Edward loved to go camping, riding his horses, and traveling to Colorado and South Dakota. He enjoyed the many family activities that were spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Edward cherished all the time that was spent riding in the truck with his sons. He is survived by his 2 sons, one daughter-in-law; his daughter and son-in-law; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; his siblings and their spouses. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2025 at Metz Chapel in York. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in York.
