Bio

Atsy had been an Ellis County resident for 80 years and a Waxahachie resident 42 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and Rebecca Lodge #381. She and Pink Monroe Parks were married in 1916; he preceded her in death. Survivors included 3 sons, 2 daughters, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Burial was in Oak Branch Cemetery. An obituary appeared in the Waxahachie Daily Light.
