Born May 6, 1929 in Fairchilds, Texas and passed away peacefully at home in South San Francisco on April 19, 2007. Cecelia married George Joseph on June 30, 1949, they were married for 58 wonderful years. She was a happy homemaker and a wonderful mom. Her passion was writing Country Western Music. Cecelia is survived by her loving husband, George; her dear son Jim and daughter-in-law Diane; and loving granddaughters, Elizabeth and Sonya. .
