Visitation will be Tuesday, 6 to 8 PM at Providence Funeral Home, Taylor. Celebration of Life services will be 2 PM Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Thorndale with Pastor James Mann officiating. Charles Roy Wuensche was born March 30, 1936 in Williamson County, Texas, near Thorndale. Charles was a lifelong resident of the Thorndale area. He worked as tractor and auto mechanic in the Taylor and Thorndale area. Charles was self employed as a mechanic for more than 20 years. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing and ranching. He married Alice Susan on July 21, 1962 at the Brethren Church in Taylor. Charles was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Thorndale. He is preceded in death by his father. Charles is survived by his wife, Alice Wuensche of Thrall; son, Karl Wuensche and wife Sherry of Thorndale: daughter, Kristi Wuensche of Somerville, TX.; mother, Freida Wuensche of Thorndale; brothers, Leroy Wuensche and wife Shirley of Thrall, Bobby Wuensche and wife Ruth of Taylor, Freddie Wuensche and wife Carol and Leonard Wuensche, all from Thorndale; sister, Evelyn Felfe of Thorndale; four grandchildren, Lisa Wuensche, Amy Wuensche, Charity Patranella and Scott Patranella. We each know that Charles Wuensche was married but one time, that being Alice Wuensche, they having been married on July 21st, 1962. We each know that of the marriage of the said Charles Wuensche and Alice Wuensche there were born two (2) children, namely, Karl A. Wuensche and Kristi D. Wuensche. We each know that Charles Wuensche never adopted a child or children, and that the herein named two (2) children are the only children that he ever had.
