Bio
Frieda Wuensche, 89, of Thorndale died December 1, 2004 at Richards Memorial Hospital in Rockdale. Visitation will be 6-8 PM and Prayer Service 7 PM, Friday, December 3 at Providence Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services will be 10 AM Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale with Pastor James Mann officiating. Burial to follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Frieda was born September 17, 1915 in the Sandoval Community in Williamson County to August and Louisea (Schier) Limmer. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John s Lutheran Church in Thrall by Pastor Bogish. Frieda married C. Leonard Wuensche on September 24, 1932 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Taylor and they were blessed with one daughter and five sons. Frieda spent her lifetime in the Thorndale area and worked with her husband planting the crops . Frieda handled the hard work, hard times and accidents with the toughness and determination she was known and loved for. She loved canning and gardening. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Frieda was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, seven sisters, her husband C. Leonard Wuensche, in November of 1989, a son Charles Wuensche, and a son-in-law, Landy Felfe. Frieda is survived by her daughter, Evelyn Felfe of Thorndale, sons, Leroy Wuensche and wife Shirley of Thrall, Leonard Wuensche, Jr. of Thorndale, Bobby Wuensche and wife Ruth Ann of Taylor, Freddie Wuensche and wife Carol of Thorndale, and daughter-in-law, Alice Wuensche of Thrall, 29 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Andy Wuensche, Karl Wuensche, Alan Schnieder, Bubba Cepak, Howard Biar, and Darrell Wuensche. Honorary pallbearers will be Ken Kiesling, Norman Ebeling, John Pelzel, John Wuensche, Leslie Wuensche, and Larry Watson. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, P.O.
