Father: Dew DAVIS Mother: Myrtle GOSSWICK Spouse: L M REEP Child: Dewey REEP Child: Janice REEP Funeral services for Dortha Alene Reep, age 83, of Levelland and formerly of Anton will be Anton be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at the First Baptist Church in Anton with Rev. Bill Campbell, Pastor, officiating and Rev. Joey Pierce of Eastside Church of Christ in Morton assisting. Burial will follow in Anton Cemetery under the direction of Hammons Funeral Home of Littlefield. Mrs. Reep passed away March 7, 2008 at the Levelland Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 21, 1924 in Snyder, Texas to Dew and Myrtle (Gosswick) Davis. She married L.M. Reep on Oct. 20, 1939 in Snyder. They moved to Anton in January 1959. Dortha worked as a pie cook at Shirley B's Restaurant in Anton for several years. She enjoyed doing crochet work. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Anton. Dortha was preceded in death by her husband, L.M. on Nov. 25, 1999; a son, Dewey in 1974; and a daughter, Janice in 1988. LubbockOnline.com ~ Dortha has a Grandson who passed in 2018.
