Marvin Ray Patterson, age 78, of Mesquite, TX, passed away October 14, 2022. He was born March 17, 1944, in Clifton, TX, to Roscoe And Castell Patterson. Marvin is survived by his loving wife of 43 Years: Dolores Patterson; children: Anita Smith and family, Melony Coen, and Renae Huey; grandchildren: Holly Hunt, Lyden Mills, Casey Mills, Jessica Raulston, Noah Coen and Carter Coen; four great-grandchildren; brothers: Kent Patterson and wife Pam, and Keith Patterson; and sister: Linda Patterson. He was preceded in death by his parents: Roscoe And Castell Patterson. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Reflections at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. A gathering of family and friends will take place one hour prior to the service from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, at The Gathering at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall location.
