Bio

He moved to Texas and died at the home of his son James Edward Isbell in McKinney in 1906. No readable grave marker has been found. A grandson said John Henry Isbell Jr. and his wife Rebecca Dennison separated, possibly divorced, and he left her in Kentucky when he went to Texas.
