William T. Isbell and his brother George W. Isbell married respectively Emma and Mary Pearson, sisters. William separated from his wife and was listed as single in the 1900 census in Grayson County, Texas, while his wife Emma was listed as widowed in 1900 in Collin County, Texas, living not far from George W. Isbell and wife, her sister Mary. William T. Isbell is thought to have died not long after 1900. No grave marker found.
