Bio
Levina was the daughter of William Milton Scarbrough and Deniza Hambright, and the granddaughter of John and Susan Shannon Scarbrough. Her siblings were Mary Ann, who married John A. Turley; William Franklin, married Harriett Davis; Sarah Hardin married James C. Denton; Thursa Kizzar married James H. Calhoun. Three of the children died young, Urana, James and Martha, and one unnamed infant died at birth. Levina married Nathaniel Price and they were parents of 7 children: Roscoe Nathaniel who married Bertha Marie Samples; Martha Deniza, Oscar Houston, Thursey Kizzar, William Washingon 'Buttons', Elizabeth, and Chester Arthur.
