"Mr. and Mrs. B.O. Chaney of Fruitvale, Route 1, celebrated their fortieth wedding anniversary May 5. They are 61 and 65 and are the parents of nine children, seven living. they have eleven grandchildren. They celebrated their anniversary with a big dinner given by the children. The guests were: Mr. and Mrs. Jay Balgburn and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Knox and family, Mr and Mrs. Elma Chaney and family, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Berry and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ollive Chaney and family, Mrs. Forene Harpson, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Hawkins and family, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Pursell and family, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Bunbar and family, Mrs. Charlie Chaney and family, Miss Gertrude and Tuffie Brown and Bill Casey. The children that are at home: Alva, Raymond, Jackie and Annie Lillie Chaney and Bob Martin.
