Spouse: Gordon White McMILLAN LEVELLAND — Services for Effie McMillan, 89, of Odessa and formerly of Levelland, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Fifth Street Baptist Church with the Rev. Roy Prather, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at City of Levelland Cemetery under the direction of Geo. C. Price Funeral Directors of Levelland. She died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002. She was born April 17, 1913, in Fairfield. She moved to Levelland in 1927. She married Gordon McMillan on Dec. 20, 1926. He died Aug. 23, 1997. She was a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church and the Homebuilders Home Demonstration Club until she moved to Odessa in 2000. She was a member of Levelland Rebekah Lodge No. 5. Survivors include a son, two daughters, four brothers, seven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. LubbockOnline.com
