YANCEY, Dora W. of Austin & Taylor. Age 83. Died 9/27/1989 (Wed.) at Will-O-Bell Nursing Home in Bartlett. Services held (Sat.) at Condra Memorial Chapel. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery annex in Austin. Rev. Mel Marney officiated. She was BORN 11/11/1905 in Denton, to the late Carl & Emma (Eulenfeld) Wendland. Had lived in Bartlett for the past 4 years. Husband, Robert G. Yancey, preceded her in death in 1969. Member of Assembly of God. SURVIVORS: Step-daughter, Mary Agnes Hoes & husband, John of Austin; step-son, Byron T. Yancey & wife, Ruth of Albany, GA.; 2 sisters, Clara Wendland of Eola and Lena Schramm of Thorndale; 4 brothers, Alfred Wendland, Sr. of Manor, Charlie Wendland, Gilbert Wendland of Hutto, Albert Wendland of Taylor; 6 step-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
