Bio

Sanger - Lucille George, 88, of Sanger, died Friday at Denton Regional Medical Center. She was born August 20, 1902 in Denton County and Married John N. George July 17, 1917 in Aubrey. She a member of Gribble springs Baptist Church and a homemaker. Services will be at 2 pm today in Gribble Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny George and the Rev. James Eden officiating. Burial will be in Gribble Springs Cemetery. Jack Schmitz & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include six sons; Joe, Kenneth, Sid, Dwayne and Billy George, all of Sanger and Bobby George of Woodbine; five daughters, Johnie Oehler of Aubrey, and Rosie Fain, Mary boyd, Margaret Jordan and Ruthie Bryson, all of Sanger; 36 grandchildren; 79 great grandchildren; and 33 great, great grandchildren.
