Glasscock Obituary: Funeral services for Margaret Waters Glasscock, 86, were held Thursday, Nov. 17 in Caudle Rutledge Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Danny Barnett and Rev. Fred Morrow officiating. Burial was in Hopewell Cemetery. She died Tuesday morning in a Tyler hospital. She was born Sept 11, 1919 in Swan to Loyd Cleveland and Nancy Elizabeth Wheat Waters, was a lifelong resident of the Swan and Red Springs areas, and was a charter member of the New Life Assembly in Lindale and was a homemaker. Mrs. Glasscock was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Glasscock, and son-in-law, Phil Balfour. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law of Lindale; daughter and son-in-law of Woodville; daughter of Red Springs; brother Frank Waters, Red Springs; sisters, Annell Frizzell, Garland; Betty Childress, Garland; Lois Williams, Chapel Hill; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were James Glasscock, Derek Balfour, Michael Crews, Eric Bailey, R.B. Glasscock, Cleve Waters, Billy Frizzell and Gene Frizzell. Honorary pallbearers were Jeremy Glasscock, Justin Glasscock, Logan Chaney, Jackson Crews, Trystan Bailey and Devin Bailey.
