Death Date and Burial Place obtained from Klingler Cemetery History and Transcription: Sarah (Newman) (Kuhn) Klingler, wife of Frederick Klingler, born 1835; died 15 March 1895. Parents: David and Mary Pettit Sarah married first, Jacob Kuhn, 20 March 1851 at Morgan County, Ohio. They had one son: 1. Silas Kuhn (1854-1920) Jacob died before 06 November 1857, the date of the Guardianship Appointment over the Estate left to Jacob's son, Silas. Sarah married second, Frederick Klingler Jr., 30 September 1858 at Davis County, Iowa. They had five children: 1. Mary Elizabeth (Klingler) Owen (1859-1931) 2. George Washington Klingler (1861-1946) 3. Minerva Ellen (Klingler) Eakins (1863-1949) 4. Sarah E. (Klingler) (Downing) Bachman (about October 1865-1948) 5. John I. Klingler (1868-1942)
