Bio

(From obituary): "Oran Foglesong, 73...died at 6:30 p.m. yesterday at the home of his son, Edwin, where he had made his home the past four years. In poor health the past year, he had been bedfast a week. Son of Simon and Lamira Foglesong, he was born in Monroe County, Iowa, Nov. 28, 1867. His marriage to Eula Kenfield took place at Genoa Oct. 3, 1895. Prior to moving here, he resided in Platte Center. Mrs. Foglesong preceded him in death...burial will be in Baptist cemetery at Platte Center."
