From obituary: Edwin Earl Foglesong, 57, a former Malad resident died Sunday of natural causes at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Gary Payne, in Garland, Utah. He was born March 21, 1911, in Loretta [Loretto] Nebraska, a son of Oren and Ula Kendfield [Kenfield] Foglesong. He married Ruby L. Richards following the death of his first wife in Salt Lake City, Utah on Sept. 1, 1948. Mrs. Foglesong died Nov. 4, 1966. He received his education in Columbus, Neb., and owned and operated a restaurant in Grantsville, Utah, from 1953 to 1964. He was a member of the Baptist Church and was a World War II veteran and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
