Bio

Charles was the son of Jay Dee Prater and Nettie Evelyn Prater. His parents are buried in Garden of Memories. Charles enlisted in the U. S. Army in September 1945 and trained in New Orleans, LA. He served during the Korean Conflict, receiving the Bronze Star. He shares a stone with his wife, Wilma Leota, who he married 15 July 1955.
