Brother of Magdalena "Freida" , Lena Anna , Anna Henrietta "Annie" , Fritz Karl "Charlie" , August "Fritz" , Ernest "Hans" , Johanna Maria "Mary" , Walter and Alice Benad. Gus married, 1930, in Granger, Williamson Co., TX, Edith Myrtle Herring , a daughter of Albert Isaac Herring and Frances Elizabeth Wall . Father of Henrietta Marie Benad . Grandson of Carl Bachmann. Gus died in Kerrville, Kerr Co., TX. ~~ My Maternal Grandfather ~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~O~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Holland Cemetery records do not reflect that he was buried in this cemetery; however, his funeral was handled by the Goodnight Funeral Home in Bartlett, TX, and they have confirmed that he was interred at the Holland Cemetery. I am told that Condra Funeral Home in Taylor, TX, now holds the records for the Goodnight Funeral Home.
