Bio
Iris and her twin sister Gladys were born on 3 November 1911 to Frederick and Elizabeth "Lillie" (nee Johnson) Price in Dublin City. On 12 May 1936, she married Eric G. Speidel at St John's Church of Ireland in Drumcondra at 8 o'clock in the morning. They had 8 children. On 31 October 1952, they immigrated to the United States where they settled in Colorado Springs. Iris lost her beloved husband on 21 August 1960 at age 48 and she was left to raise the 7 children still at home. On 24 November 1998, after a short illness, she went to be with her beloved Eric.
