Bio

Leonard Thomas Bullington, 69,Alton, died Sunday, March 27, 1988 at his home. He was a native of Alton. He was a retired employee of Tell City Chair Co, and Army veteran of World War II and a member of Alton Baptist Church and Posey Lodge 188. Survivors include his wife, the former VIolet Seaton; three daughters, Janet Webster, of Grantsburg; Barbara Ashabranner and Phyllis Knight both of Corydon; a son, Danny Bullington of Ramsey; six sisters, Elsie Riddle of Leopold, Ada Schuley of New Albany, Geraldine Gabbard of English, Hazel Kniermiem, Ava Bills and Wilma Brooks of Leavenworth; eight grandchildren and a great grandchild. The funeral will be held today at 2 p.m. The Rev. Richard Holland will officiate. Burial was in Flower Point Cemetery in Alton.
