Violet BullingtonDied: Monday, January 20, 2003Violet May Bullington, 80, Alton, died at 7:45 A.M. Monday, Jan. 20, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.A native of Alton, born April 27, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Annie Wiseman Seaton.She retired from Essex Corp. at Orleans and was a member of Alton Baptist Church, Leavenworth Senior Citizens Center and the Fredonia Homemakers Club.She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Bullington, three brothers and two sisters.Survivors include a son, Danny Bullington of Ramsey; three daughters, Phyllis Knight and Barbara Martin, both of Corydon, and Janet Webster of Grantsburg; two brothers, Harold Seaton of Grass Valley, Calif., and Guido Seaton of Jasper; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.Visitation: Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 3 to 8 P.M. and Thursday, Jan. 23, from 9 to 11 A.M. at Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo, and from noon to time of service at Alton Baptist Church.Funeral: Thursday, Jan. 23, at 2 P.M. at the church with burial in Flower Point Cemetery.
