Turner, 85, of 1924 Division St., who died Tuesday in a local hospital. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Born Sept. 21, 1899 in Greenville, she was the daughter of Jeff and Mattie Honeycutt Jones. In 1919 she married Marvin Turner in Greenville. She was a housewife, a member of the Lamar Baptist Church, and the Rebecca Lodge, WOW. She is survived by two sons, Charles and Jack Turner, both of Greenville; two daughters, Alice Oler, of Greenville, and Rosemary Prince of Campbell; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1975, and three brothers and one sister. Turner, 85, of 1924 Division St., who died Tuesday in a local hospital. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Rev. Rick Blue will officiate. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
