Ringling-Services for Carl Debs Albin will be at 2:30p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ with Ronnie Carrol and Jimmy Morris officiating. Interment will be at Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Albin died March 24, 1995, in the Ardmore Hospital after a sudden illness. He was born to George E. and Sarah E. Wade, Albin May 25, 1909. He served with the Navy during World War II and received the Victory, American Campaign and Asiatic-Pacific medals. He had lived in this area all his life and was married to Louvenia Elsa Cantrell in 1935 at Cornish. He was a farmer and did commercial hauling. He was a member of Church of Jesus Christ. His wife preceded him in death in 1973. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Claxton, Zaneis, and Virginia Jackson, Courtney; a son, Noah, Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters, Birdie Lawrence, Ringling and Thelma Acox, Ardmore; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Bearers will be grandsons, Jeff Albin, Paul and Randall Jackson, Danny, Tim and Terry Claxton. Reser Funeral Home will direct services.
