Bio

Norman Fredrick Hurst, a 90-year-old Declo resident, died Thursday, July 11, 2019, at Countryside Care and Rehabilitation in Rupert. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 17, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Declo Stake Center, located at 213 W. Main, in Declo, with Norman's son, Bishop Wayne Hurst officiating. Burial will follow at the Declo Cemetery, with military rites provided by the Mini-Cassia Veterans Group. Friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home, 1350 E. 16th St., in Burley, and from 10 until 10:45 a.m. Wednesday preceding the service at the church.
