Billie Colleen Slough Swinscoe October 10, 1929 ~ June 30, 2019 Billie Swinscoe of Whitney passed away June 30, 2019 in Waco. She was born October 10, 1929 to Elmer and Gladys (Lowe) Slough in Electra, Texas. She married Elmer Swinscoe June 16, 1946 and he preceded her in death in April of 1971. On December 20, 1976 she married Clarence Swinscoe. Preceding her in death were her parents, five grand children and two sisters. Survivors include her husband, Clarence Swinscor; children, Grady, Larry, Kathy, Buster and Janita; 4 grand children, 11 great-grand children and 11 great-great-grand children; brothers, Joe, Jerry and Edward Slough; sisters, Elsei Reddell and Nancy Price. Funeral services will be July 3, 2019. Burial will follow at Prairie Valley Cemetery...M_M
