Narvan Delmas Dice, 78 of Madill, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, June 2, 2007 at the hospital in Madill, Oklahoma. Narvan was born on June 11, 1928 to Frank Earl Dice and Jessie Lee McAdoo Dice in Lone Elm, Oklahoma. He was raised in the Willis and Fobb, Oklahoma area. Narvan attended the Kingston High School before joining the U S Navy and served 4 years during WWII. He married Mary Charles Dillard on March 20, 1948 in Gainesville, Texas. They moved to Madill and he was self employed as a painter. He worked in the surrounding area before retiring within the past 6 months. Narvan was a member of the American Legion, VFW and the Willis Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting knifes, and gardening. He also enjoyed going for walks. He is survived by: Wife: Mary Charles Dice, Madill, Oklahoma Brothers: Leon Dice, Madill, Oklahoma J. E. Dice, Lewisville, Texas Sister: Delois Dice, Madill, Oklahoma Rita Gustafson, Sadler, Texas Marion Hampton, Ardmore, Oklahoma Many nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Narvan was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Sons; Charles Frank and Terry Lynn Dice.
