Bio

Della Kubacek, 92, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Sunday, August 12, 2018. Della was born in Ennis, Texas on October 13, 1925 to John Paul and Alouise (Pavlicek) Zabojnik. She grew up in Ennis and attended Telico Schools. On January 11, 1947 she married Henry Kubacek and they made their home in Dallas until 2011 when she moved to Ennis. She was a caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening and cooking and her family was the most important thing in her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Henry Kubacek, three sisters and six brothers. Rosary will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel of Ennis. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Cemetery with Father John Dick officiating under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
