Bio

Zella Arlene Newman, 89, of Cheyenne passed away July 29 in Cheyenne. She was born Dec. 18, 1928, in Ansley, Neb., and was a long-time resident of Cheyenne. Zella enjoyed spending time with her family and was known to have touched the hearts of many in the community. She is survived by three sons, Donald (Sherrie) Newman, Harley Dean Newman and Frank (Karla) Newman; five grandchildren, James Newman, Alexia Gonzalez, Kristi Stewart, Jason Newman and Jade Newman; and eight great-grandchildren. Zella was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Newman; parents, Ivory and Harriett Real; and 12 siblings. © Wyoming Tribune Eagle August 12, 2018
