Welch, 87, of Santa Clara, California, who grew up in the O'Connor area north of Wolbach, died Sunday, August 5. Services will be held Monday, August 13, at the St. Lawrence the Martyr Parish in Santa Clara. Visitation will be Sunday, August 12, at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, with Rosary at 7 p.m. Mrs. Welch was born November 24, 1924 in Greeley County to Frank and Anna Nealon. Survivors include a son, Brian Welch of Santa Clara; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Leah Nealon of St. Libory; and a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Bob Baker of Grand Island. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Welch and son, Brett.
