Bio

POW in World War II. While at war his tank company was shot down. He was uncousious for three weeks. When he woke up he was in a very large barn with many other POW's. He and one other guy walked out with their hands up expecting to be shot, which they were not. After these two left, the barn was set on fire and the rest of the POW's were burned to death. He later died of a heart attack in Omaha, NE. Per David Korus April 6, 2003
