Rosemary Preister died Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the Columbus Community Hospital. Rosemary Preister was born August 16, 1925, to Damian and Mary (Super) Zuerlein in Humphrey, Nebraska. She grew up in Humphrey and attended St. Francis High School. On January 23, 1946, she married Cyril C. Preister in Humphrey. The couple farmed near Cornlea until 1963 when they moved to Columbus. Rosemary retired from Vishay/Dale Electronics after 25 years of service. She was a resident of Cottonwood Place for 12 years before moving to Brookestone Acres. Rosemary was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, singing, playing cards and bingo.
