Fannie was born in Coryell Co, TX to David Thomas and Permelia Ann Bone Logan. She is buried beside her husband, Lemuel James Marston Ross, who she married 25 October 1886 in Coryell Co, TX. Their son, Hilary Odis Ross, and daughter, Della Lorena Ross Wilson, are buried in Ferguson Cemetery. Their son, Will Eldon Ross, is buried in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Their son, Leslie Benjamin Ross, is buried in Roselawn Park. Their son, James Aaron "Jimmy" Ross, is buried in New Addition Annex of Palestine City Cemetery. Her death certificate lists her name as Mrs. Matt Ross.
