Bio
Cyrus Scott Judd, known as Cy was the fourth of twelve children of Squire Hamilton and Mary Elizabeth Wampler Judd. Cy married Luella Welker in Allen Co., KS. They moved to Hooker, Texas Co., OK sometime after 1900. Cy and Luella raised seven children, Rosetta E., Robert Nelson, Frederick "Freddie" Augustus, Minnie Edith, Clyde Edward, Archie Oscar and Goldie Luella. Cy's brother, Elias Wampler, who was married to Luella's sister Ollie May, passed away in 1928. After Luella passed away in 1933, Cy and Ollie May married. They made their home at Hooker, OK. Ollie May passed away in 1944. Cy in 1949 at the age of 84.
