Squire Hamilton Judd was a carpenter living in Adair Co., KY where he was born, and where he married Mary Elizabeth Wampler, born 14 Nov 1836 in Pulaski Co., KY to Elias and Phidellia Neikirk Wampler. Their first two children were born there. By 1862 when their third child was born, they lived in Indiana. They also lived in Iowa, Missouri, and finally Nebraska where they remained. They had 12 children, 10 lived to adulthood. Their children were Alice B, born in KY died in NE, married James Taylor; Martha Susan by married Drury Sheridan Bybee, they lived in Dalton, NE ca 1908; William Alford born in IN married Elizabeth Lewis; Cyrus Scott married 1) Luella Welker, 2) Ollie May Welker Judd, Cyrus and Luella are buried at Hooker, OK; Fidella died as a young child; Osborn also died as a young child, Elias Wampler, born in IA married Ollie May Welker, both buried at Texhoma Cemetery, TX; Joseph Granville born IN, died NE, Nancy Clark, born IA, married Daniel William Welker, both buried in WA; James Edward married Blanch Louise Clough; John Hamilton married Harriett Ethel Stowell; and Grace Myrtle born KS, died NE married Richard H. Eckley.
