Fort Bend Herald, October 29, 2017: Judith Mary (Sury) Kenney, 105, of Needville passed away on October 26, 2017. She was born in Fort Bend County on November 20, 1911 to Paul and Katherine Sury. She was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edgar; and her siblings, Rudolph, Joe and Lucille. Survivors include her nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, along with extended family and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the mass begins at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 30, 2017 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. Burial at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery in Damon. Memorials may be made to St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Needville. The family would like to thank the staff of S.P.J.S.T Rest Home and A-Med Hospice for their care of Mrs. Kenney. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3900 B.F.
