KING, Mr. Shelton McKissick, Sr. -- December 19, 1976 in a Maury Co. Hospital. Survived by: sons, Shelton King Jr. , of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn. and Robert H. King of Columbia, Tenn., Daughters: Mrs. C. P. Gonzalez of Dallas, Texas, Mrs. George Holzwart of Plymouth, Indiana, and Mrs. A.H. Kirkpatrick of Nashville, sister, Mrs. C. H. Murphy of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn., thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mr. King is in the Palm Room of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Thompson Lane. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday December 21, 1976 at 1 P.M. from the Porters Chapel Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Tenn. with Rev. Eugene Barrett officiating. Active pallbearers: J.T. Edwards, Lucius Edwards, Virgil Douglas, Bill Massey, Maurice Massey, E. J. King, Ray Massey, C.E. Gibson. Interment McKissick Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, Tenn. Arrangements by WOODLAWN FUNERAL HOME, 383-4754. Nashville Tennessean, Mon., 12/20/1976.
