Obituary Nashville Banner, Thursday, March 21, 1912, page 14: Mrs. Mabel King Clifton, wife of H. F. Clifton, died this morning at a local infirmary. The remains are at Dorris, Karsch & Co.'s chapel, from which the funeral will take place tomorrow. The body will be taken over the Louisville & Nashville Railroad on the 7:40 o'clock train to Mt. Pleasant, Tenn., where the funeral and interment will take place. A second obituary on the same page says "aged 25". Gravestone says 1882-1912.
