The Rock County Leader Bassett, Nebraska November 21, 1957 Mary Roggasch was born Feb. 9, 1908 in Taylor, Nebr., and was raised on a ranch in Loup County. Prior to her marriage she taught school for several years in Loup and Rock counties. Mary was married on Aug. 15, 1928 to Arthur E. Roggasch of Duff, Nebr., where they resided until her death Nov. 11, 1957. She is survived by her husband Arthur; three sons, Kenneth and Donald of Rose; Dennis of Fort Riley, Kan.; two daughters, Regina of Rose and Mrs. Marilynn Crisp of Fort Worth, Tex.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Dunne of Rose; two brothers, John F. Dunne of Taylor and W. E. Dunne of Rose; two sisters, Mrs. John L. Johnson of Kilgore, and Mrs. Alvin Story of Thedford and other relatives. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Roggasch were held Thursday, Nov. 14, at 10:00 A. M. at Sacred Heart Church in Long Pine, with Father R. F. Barry offering the requiem high mass. Pallbearers were Stanley Pennington, Ted Blake, Cecil Lee, Bernard Buell, Seth Jones and John Dearmont. Burial was in Grandview Cemetery at Long Pine. Contributor: JP Finn (48503448)
