Juanita Elizabeth Patterson November 10, 1958 – May 25, 2017 Juanita Elizabeth Patterson, age 58, was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Francis and Dallas Gilbert. She passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 after a long battle with kidney and heart problems. Juanita was a Native America and was very proud of her heritage. She worked for MFG several years making wind turbine parts and also traveled to foreign countries teaching others how to maintain wind turbines. Later in life she became a nurse and worked in health care for fifteen years. She is survived by her husband of twelve years, Rodney Patterson of Gainesville; son, George Gilbert and wife, Cristie; daughter, Sharon and husband, Quinten; son, David and wife, Lindsay; four grandchildren, Patrick, Elizabeth, Hope and Aiden; mother, Francis; sisters, Ladene and partner, Bobby and Angie and husband, Tony; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 16, 2017 at Provence Church in Ardmore, Oklahoma at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. H.H. Davis officiating. Local arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home, Gainesville
