Palmer, 99, of Norfolk, Nebraska, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at St. Joseph's Rehabilitation and Care Center. Wilma was born July 2, 1918 to William and Margaret (Rathman) Dahlkoetter in Wayne County, Nebraska. Wilma was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Pilger, Nebraska. She married Gene Palmer on October 20, 1938. Wilma is survived by: 3 daughters and their husbands, 1 son and his wife, eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, 1 sister. She was preceded in death by: parents; husband, Gene in 2002; and brothers, Ralph Dahlkoetter and Alvin Dahlkoetter. Services on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at St Joseph's Rehabilitation and Care Center Chapel. Burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Norfolk. Obituary information from Home for Funerals of Norfolk, Nebraska.
