Frank Perkins February 12, 1939 - May 23, 2017 Frank Perkins was born February 12, 1939 in Leesville, Louisiana and departed this life Monday, May 22, 2017 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY, at the age of 78. Frank is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Isaacs) Perkins of Paint Lick, KY; daughters, Patty (Chris) Larrabee, Judy (Mike) Erickson, Debby (Jeff) Tufto; grandchildren, Kalli, Maci, Ryan, Paige, Abbi, Elli & Owen; step daughter, Denise (Roy) Robinson; step grandchildren, Charles Lee, Joshua, Holden; also survived by brother, Jim Perkins and sisters, Sybil Nash-Martin, Sue (Ed) Cadle, Donice Gentry and many other nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Monroe & Maedella (Bass) Perkins; brothers, Leo Perkins, Merlin Perkins, Marshall Perkins; sisters, Theda Sain and Opal Carroll. Frank was a veteran of the United States Navy. Funeral service 2:00PM Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Steven Hobbs officiating. Burial to follow in the Reed & Isaacs Cemetery. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
